この地でデザートラボ・ショコラは生まれ育まれてきました。
パティシエの「首里のストーリーをちりばめた新しいお菓子作りを」という思いが
「Shulien※（シュリアン）」として誕生しました。
首里を中心に、色んな素材の組合せを楽しんで欲しい。
そして、それがこの地との繋がり、人との繋がりに広がっていくように。
そんな、思いを込めて。
※Shuri（首里）+ Lien（フランス語で繋がり、縁、絆）の組み合わせの造語。

Colored by the refined elegance of history that still remains, is Shuri, Okinawa.
This is where Dessert Labo Chocolat was founded and established.
Born from the passion of the pâtissier, "to sprinkle the stories of Shuri for new and innovative creations of confectionaries," is "Shulien *".
In hopes that people will enjoy the various combinations of ingredients, with Shuri at its core.
Let it lead to the bonds with this land and with people.
Our confectionaries are created with these hopes and wishes.
*A name formed by combining "Shuri" + "Lien" (French for connection, relationship, bond).
